Case 5: 51 year old gentleman presented after 3 prior surgeries with severer nasal obstruction, bilateral internal and external valve collapse as well as a host of aesthetic concerns. Irradiated rib cartilage allowed for repair of the breathing as well as aesthetic concerns which have remained stable even 3 years later.
