Rhinoplasty: Before and After 7 Months.
This patient felt her nose looked too wide from the front, while her tip pointed slightly forward and downward. She wanted a softer, more refined appearance that suited her face while preserving her identity and natural features.
Dr. Peyman Solieman and Dr. Jason Litner focused on narrowing the nasal bones, reshaping and supporting the tip, and refining the nostril width. As explained in the video, a septal extension graft helped provide support where her own septal cartilage was limited. The goal was greater definition and balance while maintaining nasal length and avoiding an overly rotated or pinched appearance.
These photographs show her progress seven months after surgery. In the video, she describes feeling more confident and happy with her results.
