Case 1: Achieving a beautiful, natural change in an already beautiful woman is one of the great challenges we love in rhinoplasty. In front view you see a beautifully defined, natural change that simply looks great. Then on profile and ѕ views, you see an elegant change where the tip is deprojected (made smaller) but retains a beautiful, natural aesthetic- this is finesse rhinoplasty.

Case 2: This beautiful young lady is an early 6 month example of a finesse rhinoplasty. On front view you can see the bridge is narrower and the sense of hang is improved. On profile, the tip looks undone, natural and less projected with correction of the slight hanging columella. The result is a beautiful, natural look that corrects the issues but leaves her looking totally natural and undone.

Case 3: Achieving a defined but natural looking and feeling Asian Rhinoplasty is one of our great achievements. In front view we see a narrowed, more defined tip with significant reduction of the nostril width (alar base reduction) that still retains the normal, natural contour of the ala. On profile and ѕ views, the bridge is strong and the tip well defined but totally natural looking and feeling.

Case 4: The facial plastic surgeons at PROFILES Beverly Hills tailor every Rhinoplasty to achieve just what you are looking for. Sometimes, the most subtle of changes take just as much effort as the most dramatic ones. This pretty model didn’t want to drastically change her look. Her Los Angeles Finesse Rhinoplasty gave her the refinement she wanted, especially on her front and three-quarter views. Along with fat transfer to the lower eye area, her overall look was softened to make her that much more camera ready.

Case 5: Excessive nasal width can cause the nose to dominate other fine, delicate facial features. In Ethnic Rhinoplasty, the key to obtaining a more refined nose is to create a nasal framework upon which the thick skin will wrap around. This pretty young Persian woman wanted to reduce her nasal width, the fullness in her tip, and the sense that her tip was downturned. These six month photos show significant improvements in achieving these goals and her nose will only get better yet.

Case 6: Crooked noses can be one of the hardest things to correct in Rhinoplasty, especially if there has been significant trauma involved. The entire nose must be reconstructed in order to make the desired improvements. It took a lot of work to straighten and improve breathing in this patient’s nose. At the same time, his Beverly Hills Rhinoplasty was designed to make his nose a little smaller, more refined, and less down-turned while still looking natural. Even the scar on his tip was improved as part of his surgery.

Case 7: One of the hardest things to accomplish in a nose job is giving a person a smaller version of the same nose. In Los Angeles, where small differences can mean everything, doing Finesse Rhinoplasty is common. Even at 6 months, you can see that, on profile, this patient?s tip is less projected but he still has a strong masculine profile. On base view, you will also notice the deprojection and the fact that alar base reduction can be done with no visible scars and maintenance of the natural nostril curve.

Case 8: Hispanic Rhinoplasty in this patient meant removal of a high dorsal bump on profile and correction of a droopy-appearing tip. On front view, there is correction of a left nasal bone fracture and refinement of the nasal tip. All of this was done while still maintaining her unique individuality and while bearing in mind the various challenges Rhinoplasty in Latino patients present- thicker skin and softer cartilage.

Case 9: This handsome young African American professional had previously undergone septoplasty with resultant tip collapse. African American rhinoplasty must take into consideration weak cartilage, thick skin and a wide alar base. While his early two month results still have moderate swelling, we’re excited to see that the improvements in tip projection, rotation and alar base reduction are already obvious.

Case 10: Obtaining a natural look is all about balancing individual features so that the overall facial aesthetic just looks right. You can see here that deprojecting the nose and augmenting the chin creates a profile that is stronger and substantially more balanced. Fat transfer to the under-eye area in this case contributes to a more youthful appearance. A scar under the right eye is also much improved with fat transfer alone.

Case 11: For people with crooked noses, the desire for rhinoplasty to straighten is often a life long dream. This woman had always wanted to straighten her nose and she wanted corrective nasal surgery to breathe. After her Functional Rhinoplasty, this patient was so overjoyed by the straightened appearance and her ability to now breathe and smell that she was crying as she thanked us.

Case 12: For this patient, the nasal bump and nostril asymmetry were key concerns. Primary Rhinoplasty with his PROFILES Beverly Hills surgeon was tailored to maintain a strong, but straight profile while providing a more refined and symmetric nasal tip.

Case 13: This pretty young lady presented with a desire for finesse rhinoplasty that would correct the small bump on her bridge, and refine her droopy tip, without giving her a scooped appearance. Beverly Hills Finesse Rhinoplasty was tailored to soften her profile, and give her tip refinement, while maintaining a natural looking nose that didn’t look operated upon.

Case 14: This petite actress presented with a desire for finesse rhinoplasty that would allow her nose to match her slight, refined features. As an actress, it was important for her headshots to show a softer, more delicate nose that would enhance her doe eyes and match her face.

Case 15: Hispanic rhinoplasty, and in fact much of Ethnic Rhinoplasty, should be done by rhinoplasty experts who are aware of the differences in skin thickness, cartilage strength, and aesthetic goals posed by the various ethnicities that make up our greater Los Angeles melting pot. In this case, the patient wanted to maintain his ethnic identity while bringing his nose into a better balance with the rest of his facial features.

Case 16: Broken noses, such as the one this young man suffered, often result in troubled breathing. Twisted/crooked noses usually result from trauma, often at an early age. Rhinoplasty to correct these noses is more difficult than most realize; it is important to find rhinoplasty experts to address these concerns. The goal and result was to straighten his nose, lift and slightly soften his profile while still maintaining a strong, masculine look.

Case 17: Male rhinoplasty can do wonders to enhance a person’s features when done correctly. Simply by deprojecting, refining and straightening this patient’s nose, you can see a natural but significant enhancement to his overall look. While, aesthetically speaking, we would normally recommend a chin implant here, we also tailor surgery to match each patient’s individual wants.

Case 18: A boxy, bulbous nasal tip can dominate an otherwise attractive face. Tip defining surgery can be done to refine the tip while preserving foundation so that results will be age appropriate and long lasting.
