Neck liposuction is commonly performed as an outpatient procedure. All outpatient procedures will be performed in our brand new, state of the art, fully accredited, office-based surgical facility located in Beverly Hills.
Q – What type of anesthesia will be used for my neck liposuction procedure?
Dr. Solieman and Dr. Litner commonly use local anesthesia, often combined with sedation, for the neck liposuction procedure.
Q – How is the neck liposuction procedure performed?
Once anesthesia is administered, a very small and hidden incision is made within a natural skin crease of the neck. The doctor will then insert the cannula, which is a narrow tube, through the incision and into the fat layer beneath the skin. The fat cells are disrupted and then suctioned out. For a uniform tightening, the entire neck is typically treated.

Neck liposuction usually takes thirty minutes to an hour to perform.
